Guided by the natural rhythm of your breath, this gentle-paced sequence is designed to nourish and refresh. Through mindful, intentional transitions, we’ll open and explore the body’s energy pathways, moving with awareness and ease. This is a slow, attentive practice, an opportunity to reset gently and prepare for the rest of your day.

Thursday 6th – Ground & Center
Begin by anchoring yourself in the present with steady, grounding postures and deep, calming breathing, like hitting your internal “reset” button.

Thursday 13th – Lengthen & Lighten
Stretch and elongate from head to toe, creating space in your joints and lightness in your step.

Thursday 20th – Unwind & Release
A gentle, slow-flow sequence to ease stiffness in your spine and melt away lingering tension.

Thursday 27th – Happy Heart
Lift your mood with chest-opening postures and mindful breathing to expand your space for joy, ease, and deep relaxation.

Thursday 4th – Balance & Uplift
Dynamic but accessible movement to gently raise your heart rate, brighten your mood, and re-spark your midday energy.

Thursday 11th – Soften & Soothe
Sink into longer holds, mindful breathing, and quiet stillness—like a deep exhale for body and mind.
