The art of meditation grows through practice. Let's sit together... Thursdays 11.45am.
Whatever your experience and however you are this Winter; you are warmly invited to join us as we gather quietly in stillness.
We offer a friendly welcome to come sit and begin to steady our attention encouraging a sense of coming home to the body, breath and nature.
We will spend 30 minutes in gently guided sitting practice with the option of a 15 minute standing or walking meditation should we wish to.
These sessions are offered free of charge giving us an opportunity to connect in a different way; based on the ancient guiding principle of dana which loosely translates as generosity.
The invitation is to connect with our basic goodness in a spirit of community and reinforcing our inter-reliance. This allows everyone to attend regardless of their financial circumstances.
If you would like to and are able to contribute other than by your presence you are warmly welcomed to give within your means.
