Celebrate the return of the light ~ gather at this beautiful location for a heart-warming day.

Enjoy a Solstice Circle with mindfulness, shared reflections & intention setting - a hearty lunch by the warmth of a roaring fire in the dining room of the house - followed

by the thrill of freezing dips in the natural swimming pond, alternated with the deep heat and relaxation of the sauna on the deck next to us,

Hosted by wild swimming expert, life coach & circle facilitator Tara Kelsall, the day will include...

*Warm welcome with hot drinks

*Solstice Circle to start the day with mindfulness, shared reflections & intention setting. This will be outside round the firepit OR inside in the yoga studio if it's raining.

*A delicious and warming lunch served in the farmhouse dining room in front of the blazing woodburner

*Guided cold water and sauna experience with solstice rituals

Lunch, hot drinks and cake are all provided ~ just bring yourself and your swim kit and loads of warm clothes
