The Spring Equinox Retreat Day

A gentle day to unfurl from the winter months as we arrive at this time of equal day & night, the start of Spring and a time of new growth. 

• Welcome drinks round the fire

• Wild Circle, a women's circle

• Expect... guided relaxation, everyday rituals and sharing conversation about what matters most to us around a fire

• We'll then gather for a lovely cooked lunch in the cozy farmhouse dining room.  

• Rounding our day off with an afternoon of cold water immersion & sauna therapy experience.  

This day will be full of connection and community spirit, a joyful end to winter.

Lunch, hot drinks and cake are all provided.
