Come and join Robyn who surveys wildlife on Vallis Farm, in the hunt for harvest mice nests left over from the breeding season as a way to monitor them and do some habitat creation on site to help increase species on the land.

The day will consist in two parts and you are more than welcome to join for the morning and/or the afternoon. If you are attending for the whole day, please do bring a packed lunch. Some hot drinks and refreshments will be provided.

Depending on the habitat we create, some level of fitness is required. For the harvest mice nest search, you will be bending over quite a bit, so do please bare this in mind.

Day schedule:

• 10am - 12.30pm - Harvest Mice Nest Search

• 12.30pm - 1.30pm - Lunch/Refreshments

• 1.30pm - 3pm - Habitat Creation
