Raise the Cycle

Raise The Cycle - Menstrual Education for Parents (6 month journey)

This six-month journey supports Mothers rediscover their own menstrual story while consciously preparing to support their child through menarche, their first menstrual period.
Blending practical education with reflective exploration, the course offers a fresh understanding of cycle awareness, body literacy, and emotional wellbeing — reframing menarche as a deeply meaningful life transition as well as a biological development.

Whether you have never considered the role your cycle plays in your health and identity, or you already recognise its deeper significance, this supportive group meets you where you are. Through shared learning, conversation, and personal insight, you will gain the confidence, language, and tools to prepare your child for their menstrual cycles whilst nurturing your own relationship with your cycle (whether or not you still have one).

The group is aimed for mothers of children aged 7+

Time: Monthly, Wednesdays 7 pm - 8:30 pm
Dates: April 29, May 20, June 24, July 15, September 23, October 21 2026.
