Rest & Reset

Rest and Reset

Woman as we enter the womb of the wintering, let yourself be held in the most exquisite space.

Reclaim those parts of yourself you've buried in order to survive.

The woman who lies underneath the tired.

This day is offered as a reclamation of the self.

We all need spaces as women just to be, to feel, to come home to ourselves.

What we will do

Held on Friday 13th November at the beautiful Vallis Farm,.

10:30 we’ll start promptly with an opening circle around the dining table, with tea and introductions.

11:00 we have the incredible Natalia holding a breathwork session for 90minutes

11:30 –12:00 Integration with crystal bowl sound bath

12:00 - 13:00 Vallis Farm is providing lunch from their seasonal vegetable soup, artisan bread, refreshments and a sweet treat throughout the day.

Daniella will also have her archetype teas available to drink and purchase.

1pm-2:30pm Daniella will hold a womb journey, using the shruiti, the sacred sounds of the womb and drum, inviting women to journey into their own womb garden, clearing and purifying the pelvic bowl either with a yoni steam for those who want to or with visualisation.

14:30 - 14:45 integration

15:00 - 17:00 optional additional bolt-on swim and sauna for those who want to have more time for integration

The power of coming together as women and holding an intention for healing, clearing and reclaiming is amplified when we connect as one, to our hearts, our wombs and our soul. Inviting the truth of who we really are to come home, to take up space - this is how we reclaim her.

When a woman lights up, she inspires another to shine. Its Time. Join us

Daniella Carrozza

Daniella is the founder of La Luna Devi and a guide in feminine embodiment, cyclical living, and sacred mothering. Her work weaves together earth-based ritual, womb wisdom, and the remembrance of the Divine Feminine.

Daniella has held space for women for over 20 years as a herbalist, massage therapist and shamanic womb massage therapist. Holding women's circles for the past 10years, she is devoted to helping women reconnect with their inner authority and intuitive knowing, and to restoring the lost threads of feminine initiation—particularly through rites of passage.

As a mother of four, Daniella brings a deeply lived understanding of the complexity, beauty, and responsibility of raising children in these times. Daniella has been holding circles for girls for the past 4 years and has been a multidisciplinary holistic practitioner for over 20 years. In La Luna Girls, she holds gentle, grounded, and sacred spaces for the next generation of girls to feel seen, protected, and connected—to themselves, to the earth, and to the lineage of women who came before them.

Natalia

Natalia Goodheart is a conscious connected breathwork coach and energy healer based in Frome, Somerset. Her work isn't about fixing or teaching. It's about creating a space where people can remember who they already are, and she sees herself as a witness to the shifts that unfold. Drawing on the felt sense, the nervous system and the body's own intelligence, her breathwork sessions invite you to slow down, soften and listen inward. She works people 1-2-1, in person and online, and in community group settings. For this retreat, Natalia will guide a breathwork session on coming back to the self: a chance to arrive in your body, let go of what you've been carrying, and meet yourself with gentleness.
