Celebrate the last mellow days of summer and welcome autumn with an abundant seasonal feast inspired by Frome distillery Still Sisters’ favourite aromatics and botanicals, and created for you by Kate of Frome-based, The Intuitive Chef.

Apéritif and canapés at 7pm

Still Sisters Somerset Cider Apple Cooler
Duck and juniper croquettes, whipped feta, date molasses
Cheddar and za’atar cornbread, smoked honey (v, gf)

Sharing feast at 7.45pm

Sunflower honey ale dark rye, Somerset butter
Whipped cannellini, chicory, heritage carrots (gf)
Pumpkin and scamorza arancini, saffron aioli, marigold (v)
Yellow- green courgette and lemon ricotta tarts (v)

Pressed pork belly, crackling crumb, baby beetroot with blackcurrant balsamic (gf)
Borlotti, fennel and late-summer herb cassoulet, herb and comté spelt dumpling (v)
Smoked salt-roasted baby potatoes, Vallis Farm seasonal veg

Brown sugar meringue, whipped soured cream, cider brandy caramelised Somerset apples, cobnut praline (gf)
