Join us for our first volunteer day of the year at Vallis Farm! We need to plant 250 Willow cuttings in our Forest Garden so it’s all hands on deck to get it done in a day.

We will be joined by Mary Cross, Willow Weaver extraordinaire, to guide us so no experience is necessary, just a willingness to work. Meet at the farmhouse for a quick drink and a safety briefing at 9.30 before heading out to plant. We then work through till lunchtime and serve a hot lunch around the fam tabler for all those who have helped us create another layer to our beautiful, bountiful Forest Garden.

This is a family friendly event so children are welcome under adult supervision (we will be working quite close to the pond!). No dogs allowed please, we are a working farm.
