The experience:
A floating sound bath in the wild pool at Vallis Farm ~ in nature, on water, in sound. Snuggle up on your soft yet sturdy bed and float effortlessly,  immersed in the gentle vibrations of the crystal bowls, melting away stress nurturing your inner landscape whilst bathed in the soundscape of the crystal bowls as Maddy from RE•VIBE  & the UK's first wild floating sound bath guides you into a profound state of deep rest. Enjoy the woodfired sauna, herbal teas, natural face masks and time to ground on the land.

The event details:
*Your experience flows between heat and water, split into two small groups.
*On arrival, you’ll be gently guided into either the sauna or the floating sound bath, depending on your group.
*Around halfway through the session, groups will switch, giving everyone time to experience both the relaxing heat of the sauna and the nature immersion on the water.
*In the floating sound bath, you’ll rest on soft yet sturdy beds while being guided by soft, resonant sound and gentle meditation, designed to calm the nervous system and bring the body into a deeply relaxed state.
*During your Land & sauna session, you’ll be offered a complimentary facial treatment using products by RE•VIBE and a chance to connect with others over herbal teas.
*To support the magic of this immersive experience we ask that you are silent in the sauna and use gentle voices when you're sharing tea and experiences in the garden area.
*This is a small-group experience, limited to 10 people per session, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere throughout.

This is an outdoor experience and we work with the seasons. Light rain won’t affect your session and the experience will still go ahead as planned.
