The Reset Ritual

THE RESEST RITUAL - SAUNA, SWIM & DEEP RESET

Join Poppy Koumis for a special expanded edition of The Reset Ritual, set in the beautiful surroundings of Vallis Farm.

This 2-hour experience is designed to help you deeply unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body.

We’ll begin with a guided blend of breathwork, somatic movement, yoga, energy medicine, meditation, and fascia-focused release — all supporting your nervous system to soften and regulate.

From there, move into the elements. Immerse yourself in the contrast of sauna heat and cold water swimming, surrounded by nature — a powerful way to reset both body and mind.

There will be space to pause, breathe, and fully switch off.

This is an expanded, more immersive version of Poppy’s Reset Ritual sessions — an invitation to rest, restore, and return to yourself.

What to expect:

• A one hour Reset Ritual session in the yoga room

• A one hour opportunity to swim or dip in the natural swimming pool and enjoy the wood fired sauna. Please note this session is unattended and self-led - an opportunity for you to enjoy the beautiful facilities at Vallis Farm.

• Time to wander and soak in the magical surroundings and gardens.

The Reset Ritual testimonials

“Poppy’s class is not your usual yoga class, it’s something more special, combining breath-work, somatic movement and energy healing. As a new mum, I feel continuously sleep-deprived and physically and emotionally depleted, and couldn’t necessarily do a normal yoga class, but Poppy’s class is deeply restful and revives me in a calm, gentle way. So I keep going back every week.” Natalia

“I love this class, I learn something new every week and feel very restored afterwards. Poppy is a wonderful practitioner and crafts the perfect reset session for a busy world.” Sonja
